Your Sacred Mini Healing is a personalized distance energy session recorded specifically for you.

When you receive your session link, we encourage you to create a calm and supportive environment so you can fully receive the energy and guidance offered during your healing.

While distance healing works regardless of when you listen, many people find their experience is deeper when they allow themselves a quiet moment to receive it intentionally.

Preparing for Your Session

When you are ready to watch your healing, consider:

• finding a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed

• dimming the lights or lighting a candle

• sitting or lying down comfortably

• taking a few slow breaths before pressing play

Allow this time to be a small moment of care for yourself.

There is nothing you need to do during the session except relax and remain open to receiving.

Sacred Mini Healing sessions are typically delivered within 7 days of booking unless otherwise stated.

Longer healing sessions may require additional preparation time.
