Distance energy healing is a deeply intuitive and powerful way to receive support — no matter where you are.

 

Energy is not limited by physical space. Just like a phone call or a message can reach someone across the world, healing energy can be directed with intention, focus, and connection. Your body, your energy field, and your nervous system all know how to receive — even from a distance.

 

During your session, I tune into your energy and allow the healing to move where it is needed. My work blends heart-song frequency healing, Nordic shamanic energy, Celtic Reiki, and ancestral wisdom — gently clearing what feels heavy, restoring balance, and supporting emotional and energetic release.

 

A big part of this work comes through sound — a channeled frequency that moves through me and into you, softening and opening spaces within that words cannot reach.

 

After your session, you will receive a personal recorded healing video, delivered privately via a YouTube link to your email. This allows you to fully relax and receive in your own space, and return to the healing as often as you feel called.

 

You’ll also receive a written summary sharing what came through during your session — insights, energetic themes, and intuitive messages that may support your integration and understanding.
