A Sacred Space for Deep Restoration These in-person healing sessions are a deeply nurturing experience for women seeking emotional release, energetic balance, and reconnection with themselves. Held in a quiet and sacred space here in Kelowna, BC, each session is intuitively guided and designed to support your body, mind, and spirit in returning to a state of harmony. Using a blend of Nordic shamanic energy work, Celtic Reiki healing, somatic awareness, and angelic energetic support, I work gently within your energy field to clear stagnant energy, rebalance your chakras, and help restore the natural flow of your life force. Many women come to these sessions when they feel overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, energetically drained, or simply in need of a moment to reconnect with themselves. This is a space where you can soften, breathe, and allow your nervous system and energetic body to reset. What to Expect During Your Session Your session takes place in a peaceful and private setting where you will be invited to relax comfortably while the healing begins. Each experience is unique, but may include: • intuitive energy clearing and balancing • chakra alignment and energetic recalibration • gentle shamanic and Reiki energy work • grounding and somatic support for emotional release • intuitive guidance that may arise during the session Many clients describe the experience as deeply calming, restorative, and energetically renewing. After Your Session Following your healing, you may experience: • a deep sense of relaxation and calm • emotional release or clarity • improved sleep and nervous system regulation • renewed energy and focus • a feeling of lightness or energetic balance Every healing experience unfolds differently, and integration can continue for several days after your session. A Space for Women These sessions are designed as a safe and supportive space for women who are navigating life’s many transitions — emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Whether you are moving through stress, burnout, grief, personal transformation, or simply seeking deeper connection with yourself, this work is offered with deep care and respect for your journey. Location Sessions are held in Kelowna, British Columbia. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the exact address and preparation instructions for your session. Cancellation Policy
At Sacred Wellness Studio, each appointment is thoughtfully prepared and held with intention. To honour both your time and mine, please review the following booking guidelines: Booking Appointments Appointments are currently booked using my online calendar system. Once your appointment is confirmed, it is reserved especially for you. Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client and to adjust my preparations accordingly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee or require full payment at my discretion. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to respect the following bookings. Full service time cannot always be guaranteed for late arrivals, and the full service fee may still apply. Energy & Care Considerations Please be aware that there is no public restroom available at the studio. We kindly ask that all clients use the restroom prior to their appointment. Please allow yourself a few moments to settle before your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, experiencing a fever, or have any contagious symptoms, please reach out to reschedule. Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be shared at booking. Thank you for honouring this space of care, presence, and respect.
